YHC rolled into the parking lot beside the Fountain in Uptown (or is it Downtown?) Greenwood a little after 0500 to see several PAX leaving early, which was a good sign.  Several others rolled in and departed at the designated time at 5:15.  We had 18 PAX post.

With the Blood & Guts training and the hoopla about signing up for the P200, YHC assumed we’d have a bigger crowd.  If you have expressed an interest in the P200, you might consider posting at some of the runs.  Just a thought.  Don’t procrastinate.  Go ahead and start training – it will sneak up on ya.  Some wise person recently said that the only way to become a better runner is to actually run.

All 18 PAX returned safely by 6:00.  Judge Hairy announced that he is still looking for a Q for the 2.0 workout at the Epicenter. So, hit him up if you are interested.

We prayed for the Wiedamann family and those affected by Hurricane Florence and the First Responders.
