There were a few times I really struggled this morning. The first time was when the alarm went off and the second time was when I stepped out the door and realized it was raining.
I was glad to see Sugar and Bueller show up because I was seriously contemplating going back to the house and going back to sleep.
This was my first run since February. It was good to get back at it. I’ve missed running. I never ever thought I’d string those words together.
Conversational pace for Sugar and Bueller is not conversational pace for me.
I think I enjoyed the walking portions of this workout a little more than I should have.
