F3 Greenwood

Conditions: Chilly and Breezy

YHC, in an effort to spend less time running in circles, brought a modified version of last week’s hill workout to the table this morning. It was even shared with the group last night in case the PAX wanted to familiarize themselves with it before hand. The serpentine nature of the route might be a little much—I agree—but there’s some good hill work throughout nonetheless.

Good luck to all of those PAX headed to Concord for Sprint Weekend. May your aim be true Metermaid.

As always, it’s good to see so many PAX make the scene in an effort to push themselves just a little bit further.

Peace,
Corncob
