23 PAX gathered this morning at Starbucks to head out on the weekly 5k run. A few started early at 5AM and the rest of us headed out at 5:15. Some ran the normal route and some decided to call an audible and reverse the route.

Today is my 40th birthday and I cannot think of a better way to start the day than with my F3 Greenwood brothers.
