7 Pax circled up at the Hero Hill’s COT.

As I arrive at the AO I see 2 cars vacated by pax (Unplugged & Bubbly) that headed out for a little XL. Special K arrives as I do and he also leaves a few minutes early for a little XL. DC arrives and we head out at 5:15.

Both of us, along with a many of F3 Greenwood Pax, are running the Swamp Rabbit Half, so the plan calls for a recovery paced 4 miles.

On the way back to the AO we notice a couple more Pax out n about. Mr. Bean and Weaver. They got a late start, but I like to say better late than never. Not to mention they are amongst the group of Pax running the Swamp so their plan also called for a short n slow run.

Everyone made it back safe and on time for COT.
