Conditions: A cool and damp 42*. Perfect Hustle weather.
When I woke up this morning, my mind said it was still Sunday. I quickly realized that my mind was playing tricks on me in order to stay in the warm embrace on the #fartsack and I needed to get up and ready to Q at #Hustle. As I was making the drive over to EHS, I started to worry about how many others would fall prey to the pull of the #fartsack and not post today. The recent weather and many PAX training for half and full marathons has put a squeeze on numbers lately. I was relieved to see a few cars waiting as I made my way into the parking lot. We said good morning and made our way down to the track to get our #Hustle on.

NMM:
It was a huge relief to see the PAX there this morning. I was sincerely worried that there might not be anyone there. Your presence encourages me every day to continue to push myself.
Watching the dedication and work that those who are training for the upcoming Kiawah races has been motivating to me and everyone else who sees it. Leaner, Judge Hairy, and Polly put in hard work today despite being so close to race day.
Blueprint truly embraced the word #Hustle today. He was flying. Whenever I felt like easing up, he came flying by and made me keep pushing.
Thanks to all who chose the harder thing this morning, and thank you for allowing me to serve and lead today’s workout.
