9 pax showed up at the fountain for a run through the wood despite the temperatures in the low 30’s.  Meatloaf was off and running well before anyone else, followed by Pothole and Uncle Buck who also got in some XL work.  The rest of us departed at the normal 5:15 start time.  As usual, various routes were run, at various speeds but all arrived back safely by a few minutes after 6:00.

It was good to have Polly back out to join us after his surgery and stint on the DL.  Just in time to start some P200 training.

We counted, named, announced, and prayed.  Good start to the day men!
