One pax showed up at #Hustle with a little need for speed. It was a gloriously gloomy day, so YHC pulled out the headlamp and flashing vest for some extra safety on the road. YHC decided to go off campus and break my usual streak of hitting the track. It started out as just a typical Fartlek out and back but YHC got the bright idea to do some Hospitality Drive repeats. Basically, 1 mile from the Shipyard to Hospitality Drive. 1/2 mile to 4 way stop between PetSmart and Lowes. 2 down and backs were completed. (Pick up the pace running to Lowes and recover on the way back to Calhoun.) This was going great until a nagging Achilles issue decided to return. It forced YHC to call it a day and walk back to the Ship. Game over.  Pray for our country and the senseless attacks that continue to be taken on so many innocent people. Pray for the victims families and the victims as well. Pray for us to finally come back together as a nation.

We all need to remember Matthew 22:36-40

Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?

Jesus replied: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Hope to see the pax back out soon. Flossy
