YHC has been trying to get back into the groove of posting regularly after the birth of a new 2.0 and thus trying to get into a new routine around the house.  In my opinion, the best way to do this is to sign up for a Q.  Even an easy run Q is enough responsibility to make sure you get out of the fartsack and show up.  That’s the hardest part.  Once you’re at the AO, there’s nothing left to do but work.  And that’s what we did.  At various paces, running various distances, most pax scattered themselves along Montague Ave for the better part of an hour.  When 6am hit, we had miles behind us and we’re all better for it.

Everyone goes through stretches where they don’t want to post.  If you’re in that place, sign up for some Q’s and don’t give yourself an out.  Before you know it, you’ll be back in the groove.
