I apologize for the extreme tardiness of this BackBlast. I have no excuses and not getting it posted on time falls completely on my shoulders. Shaggy emailed it to me within the 24 hours of the workout and I dropped the ball.  My apologies to Shaggy and all those who were in attendance.

6:00 COT. Announcements: Judge Judy mentioned something about The Carolina game. Polly reminded everyone about the gathering together of Epicenter and Shipyard on Saturday’s starting this Saturday at the Shipyard. Did not want to use the “C” word for fear of nobody showing up.

Prayer requests: Pacer asked for prayer for a soldier who has passed away and would like to raise funds for the family. More to come on this. Prayers for those who will be traveling for the Holidays.

We are all fighting our individual battles in our lives and some of our Battles are due to F3. Whether it’s the Fartsack or a new PR or if you are IR. It is a battle worth fighting and QIC feels that this is one of the best life choices he’s ever made.
