11 pax descended at various times on the Fountain for a little running around #TheWood. The disclaimer was given. Pax went Out n Back and Round n Round. Some went long and some went for fartleks. Runnin and Dreamin of a Half, a Full, a P200 or grateful for a 10K for the first time in a long time. We were all runnin down a dream of some sort. (Thanks for a great runnin tune Tom Petty) Then we all came back, circled up and prayed. Thankfully, Mac n Cheese was able to join us and not be hauled off in the port a john. Unfortunately, none of us aware of the senseless violence that took place during the night in Vegas. I will never understand it. But one of the things said in the prayer today was to allow us to go out and share the light and love of God throughout our homes, workplaces and communities.  Man does it seem like we need it now more than ever. Men, be a beacon of light and hope…… and don’t give in to hate! #PrayersForVegas and all the families effected by this tragedy.
