UncleJesse was scheduled to Q this weeks version of Hustle but was under the weather after a long night of concerting over the weekend.

Due to Chicago Marathon training, if YHC is in town on a Monday, Hustle is the place to be for Speed/Track training…so a subQ was a no-brainer.

Tweeter had UncleJesses proposed workout programmed into his watch, so that’s what he did – pretty sure Quickie did some variation of that as well…something like half mile intervals of differing speeds with 2:00 recovery breaks

YHC went rogue and did his own thing with 25, 200 meter intervals at 5K pace with 1:00 recovery after each 200. Needless to say that got monotonous after a little while, but provided a nice workout.

A Hustle regular, Bueller is on vacation but was still able to get his variation of UJs workout done – may have even missed a turn and gone a few extra miles – not sure if he rode the #StruggleBus or not
