Another week of Hustle and another week of the LactateThreshold training in the books. Last weeks ladder workout with minimal recovery time was tough – and this week proved to be right in line.

The plan from South Charlotte that we are copying calls for pace to be your 10 mile – half marathon pace – I think we continue to be ambitious about our pacing….but, if you want to be fast…you need to train fast.

Duggar with a solid modification due to back pain that gave him some running and merkin work – all pax finished workout with 25 merkins to get Duggar’s total up to 200 for the morning

Detour set the pace today – this dude has a couple extra gears that he has been shifting into lately

2 weeks in a row for Pusher at Hustle – strong work again this week – keep doing the harder thing

Tweeter seemed to tweak his calf area again – hopefully just a short term issue that doesn’t put him on the shelf for any amount of time

Just for once, YHC would like to look at Bueller while he’s running and it look like it’s a chore – this guy makes hard work look effortless

Koby will be back on Q next week when the pace segments get a tad longer- only a couple more weeks remain in the 8 week program
