A 6 pack of Hustlers cut through a soggy wall of tropical moisture topping out at 100% humidity and a balmy 75 degrees at 5am in October. YHC was looking forward to getting back to Hustle and try to find his long lost running speed. Well, I do not know if I ever had the speed but I do know the clock doesn’t lie and my times are going the wrong direction. What better way to attack father time or whatever is going on and head out to hustle and a “true” track workout. Some twitter chatter the night before had YHC hopeful this would not be a solo run. The pax were true to their word….well at least everybody but Pusher who flipped to Baby Blu less than an hour after a behind the scenes HC. The pax assembled in the parking lot. Sugar was worried that he could not see the gate open to the track but no worries to our vertically challenged Nan’Tan……..all clear. Off to the track we go.

Props to Meter Maid and Dixie Chick hitting #Hustle after running the Hartness Half. The legend of Hartness was growing by the minute. Glad I could get you guys to run it! 😉

Great effort put in by the pax on a ridiculously muggy day. Is it really October?

Sugar appreciated the “True” track workout. Well done men….Lets do that again sometime! That’s all I got…..Flossy
