This backblast is ridiculously late. My apologies to those pax in attendance. I have no grand excuse or long, drawn out story for why it is late. I simply did not get it done as soon as I could have; life happened and it slipped through the cracks.

Conditions were perfect for an early morning run.

Disclaimer was given to the three of us who were there at 5:15. Everyone else had left early for some XL runs.

Fountain Out and Back: Run north on Montague Ave for 22.5 mins, turn around and return to the Uptown Fountain by 6:00.

We circled up, counted ourselves, stated our names, made some announcements, requested prayer for ourselves and loved ones, and prayed as a group.
