With the BRR training and then Terrapin opening, it seems like ages since YHC posted to Hustle. Hustle has been penciled into the training plan for the Kiawah Half in December, so YHC felt what better way to make my return than to Q a workout. Looks like y’all will either put up with YHC or Sugar on the Q from here until December.
6 Pax chose to start their week off in a hurry with a couple of Progressive Sprints.

* Hustle is my favorite run workout. Probably because I found of the Red Line training method. If you want to improve your overall running ability, commit to speed workouts on a weekly basis. It won’t take long for you to see the results.
* For the 400 M sprint I said to use your 5K pace. I think most of us wish we could run a 5K at the pace we were running the 400 M Sprint. Well… Pacer can and does.
* The new score board at Emerald does a great job of shedding some light on the track. You can actually see where you’re going now and see who’s coming in the opposite direction. Not to mention the new track that they laid for F3 Greenwood is real nice and greatly appreciated. Thanks District 50!
As always…
Until the next Q,
