It was 35 degrees this morning in the Wood, but it didn’t deter 13 PAX from posting.  Knit caps and gloves were fashionable today.  YHC picked up the Q last night and it was a very uneventful run.  If you’ve never Q’d a F3 workout, this is the one to do. There is literally nothing to do to Q this run.  You send people out at 5:15 and they all come back for the COT at 6:00.  Doesn’t get much easier than that. #NoExcuses

Announcements – Judge Hairy mentioned there is a 2.0 workout this weekend and he’s looking for a Q.  Attendance has been sparse at the 2.0 workouts, but we’d like to change that.

Prayer Request – The Black, Gravley and Emery families.

YHC offered a prayer.  We dispersed to Starbucks for some 2nd F.
