With many of the pax looking to run a Miracle Mile, YHC wondered if there’d be anyone to run with for the normal OnB fountain run. YHC arrived at the fountain at 0455 with no one around except a man and woman walking a dog down Court St (this may be common, I’ve never been there at that time before). I decided to take a page out of the Meatloaf playbook and get a little warmup run in before the other pax arrived. After a mile lap around the Uptown area, YHC arrived back at the fountain to find that 6 other pax decided they wanted to run several miles.

- Sunday morning, Polly made a 10 mile running tour of Greenwood. After running a measley 4 miles, YHC heckled Polly about showing up for the OnB. Unexpectedly, Polly showed up and showed out, running 4 miles. #tclaps to Polly for doing the harder thing and being better for it. Add in some hills and you’ll be ready for the BRR in no time.
- #Kotters to Radar for getting back out in the Gloom. Hope you’re able to join us more often.
- For some reason, there were some very discourteous drivers on the road this morning – All driving in the outside lane and not wanting to move over for those of us trying to #getbetter.
As always, it was a pleasure to lead such a fine group. Although, I don’t lead from the front on run days (that was up to Bueller and Weaver).
