23 PAX decided to wake up and get better this morning by attending the F3 Starbucks Run.  The weather was absolutely perfect.  It was a nice cool 62 degrees with low humidity.  A disclaimer was made to the PAX about using extreme caution while running.   We still all have our F3 brother, Cheech, on our minds.

We all left and returned.

Upon our return, we made a few announcements:

• Alpos M and her running group (“WAS”) is taking up a collection to give to Cheech’s M and 2.0’s.  See the F3Greenwood Twitter feed for Paypal information or give to Alpo.;
• Meatloaf’s book club is on Friday after the workout(s);
• Saturday’s workout is at the Shipyard at 6:00.

After announcements, we prayed. Specifically, we prayed for Rocky, who remains in CCU.
