6 faithful pax met in the gloom for a nice out and back mosey down Montague…..sort of.

5 PAX moseyed from the fountain with the idea of throwing in 7 X 10sec pick ups  after a one mile warm up, then keeping a steady tempo until the end.Total time out was 22:30 minutes, with a return time of 22:30 minutes back….#brilliant!

Juggarnaut had a different workout in mind. He rucked with 40lbs of bricks strapped to his back for 4+ miles.
