YHC arrived about 4:50 to see Old Faithful firmly planted at the Clover. The “run’n fool” Unclebuck was warming up. Figured I would join him and trotted around the GHS parking lot pre-run. Just the two of us we thought. Uncomfortable ball of man…..then Flossy pulls in to spare us. 4:59, one minute warning given.

Disclaimer: 5:01 as we began our run. Thanks for the reminder Unclebuck.

The Thang:
Northside to Calhoun, left into/through Center Court, right onto Center Street, right onto Calhoun/Northside back to GHS: approx 5 miles.

NMM:
I was sick last week and have been struggling to beat the fartsack lately. The obligation of Qing and leading the pax motivates a brother. Metermaid told me before that Qing breaks the pull of fartsack. Good advice bro.
Today marked one year for me in F3. Flossy asked me how I was after a year. My response was short “legs are good but wish my lungs would open up more”. We were running at this point and anyone who has run with me knows breathing is my weakness. I sound like an old steam engine. To finish my answer to Flossy’s question, F3 has been a blessing to me. Physically I’m far beyond any goals I had in mind. The fellowship is awesome. My faith is well supported among the pax. Thank you brothers of the gloom. I am better in many ways for getting to know you.
