The THANG: Go run and enjoy your Monday morning before it gets ruined by a coworker of work in general.  Just be back for the COT at 0600.  Most of us moved around on the 4.5 miler that included a charge up SportsBreak Hill.

Prayers: Fabio’s father & fatherinlaw both of whom are Out of CONUS on mission work and encountering difficulties in their respective trips.  Garvo and his family.

I talked a little about forgiveness and not carrying others mistakes or errors with you.  Jesus forgives and so should we.
