Not much here when pax are all spread out running. YHC did see 3 guys rolling out prior to 0515. Boy George, Meatloaf, and Refugee all were getting in a little extra. Well, it turns out that Meatloaf was on his way to Terrapin, and would not be joining our COT. This guys a beast getting mosey’s before and after bootcamps.
It’s good to see Refugee back out in the gloom. He says he’s feeling a good bit better and ready to get back after it!
So expecting 6 for the COT would have been wrong due to Meatloaf going to Terrapin had Papercut not decided he needed a short recovery run from his 20 mile Saturday. It turned out that he only needed 11 miles this morning. This man is going to smoke the Washington DC Marathon in May!
Great on Cobra Kai for posting and getting after it. Everyone has there own pace and process to get work done in the gloom. We’d love to have you out to a boot camp. You don’t have to go at Uncle Jesse’s pace to get a workout. That’s what this whole thing is about getting better together by consistently putting work in, in the gloom. On my run it was just me, but there’s some comfort that there are guys out there working just the same. I’m glad to share the gloom with these guys anytime.
