27 PAX posted at Starbucks for our weekly runs of varying routes and distances. Additionally, we posted for one of our own who is suffering.  It amazes me time and again to see our folks step up to the call when needed.

Leave Starbucks at 5:15am (or earlier) and arrive back no later than 6:00am (Or later Meatloaf/Gopher).

• Starbucks Wednesday continues to be a staple of F3Greenwood.  Trying to hit that magic number of 30, but just cant seem to get there.
• Congrats to Thumper who evidently set 6 PRs in one run!  (How is that even possible?)
• To the guys who are injured, take it slow and check yourself before you wreck yourself.
• YHC at Fury tomorrow.  Piddler at Shipyard and Meter at Epicenter.  No bad choices.  Rise up.
