F3 Greenwood

7 pax threw caution to the wind and broke free of their warm, cozy #Fartsacks to return to the Hills! Despite wintry weather to the North, The 7 brave pax from F3 Greenwood were treated to a break in the weather as a cold gloomy rain turned into a blustery sprinkle just as these running men emerged from their chariots. YHC took it back to basics and the pax returned to the usual hill repeats. 2 pax did their own thing and busted out kind of XLish and hit a new 10 route!

The Main Thang

2 pax chose to go where no pax had gone before on foot. Started at the Fountain, Ran down Montague to the Mall, Through the Mall parking lot, Out the By-pass, Turn left at the County Bank, Around Calhoun, Left on to Cambridge, Joined the Hill runners and finished up at the Fountain. 10 K or 6.2 miles.

The other 5 pax moseyed from the Fountain to the Manning Law Firm where 4 steps signaled the beginning of the hill repeats. The pax would run to the crest of the opposite hill (signified by the yellow/black sign) and make the turn back! Repeato until YHC says let’s go home!

45 min for both

Naked Moleskin

Kobayashi and Duggar were breaking away from the Fountain as YHC arrived. A new 10 K route was discovered and Kobayashi redlined a few times but new heart rate zones seem to be working. The pax are intrigued by these so called zones to say the least.

Polly, Uncle Buck, Pothole, Piddler and Flossy rocked the baby to sleep and dominated the Cambridge Hills. PR’s were set and know doubt in my mind all got better.

The weather cooperated about as good as could be expected. The cold rain settled down to a drizzle but a blustery wind out of the Northeast gave quite the head wind at times.

Well done men……#accountability helped me show up today! Today could have very easily been a Fartsack but no #Cantores from this group. Still more pax were missed between The Hills and Red Friday. It actually turned out being a pretty decent morning. You never know until  you show! Enjoyed it men! #Tclaps and Aye!
