20 PAX resisted the comfort of the fartsack today and posted at the weekly Starbucks Run.  The weather was cool, but not cold.  Perfect for running. It was YHC’s first Q in several months,  so it felt really good to get back into the swing of things.

In 2016, we averaged approximately 28 PAX at this weekly run.   So, today’s attendance was smaller than usual.  But, the folks that did post, got after it pretty good.  Some folks ran 5 miles, some did the 5K route, and a couple rouge guys ran a little longer. In fact, some folks HC’d, but didn’t show.  Those that showed, did get better.

We all ran. We all returned.

At the end of the run, we circled up, made announcements and said a prayer.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

○ If you’re running in the BRR, the $150.00 is due by the end for January to reserve your spot.

○ Uncle Buck announced that he will be running the Clover next Wednesday for those that are interested in joining

PRAYERS: No specific prayer request from the PAX, but we balled up and prayed anyway.
