3 pax answered the bell….er alarm clock and didn’t let a little precipitation keep them from pushing each other for a little something new at #Hustle. While suffering through #Battleship, YHC formulated a new #Hustle #Beatdown incorporating the Concrete Monster and the Bleachers. This would also add in a second hill that though it is nameless can still dish out its fair share of pain. The pax waited until the last minute to emerge from their vehicles in an attempt to avoid the rain but the rain would have the last laugh on this day. No matter, we are F3 and we go anyway. Let’s do this!
Disclaimer was given and the mornings running #beatdown explained……..it went something like this.
2 warm-up laps. Then repeats until time called. The repeats consisted of running off the track up hill 1(we still need a name). Through the ticket gate and up the concrete monster. Then turn and run down to the bleachers and run those too. The back to the track for 1 hard lap and then 1 recovery lap. Repeat until time is called.
Cool Down
Countorama, Namerama, Prayers ( The McVay family who just lost their infant son, Sugar’s family, Rocky, Bubba Fennell, Meatloaf and other pax dealing with injuries and illness)

Great work put in by Corncob and Metermaid today! Great effort despite what at times turned in to a solid rain and not the drizzle the radar made it out to be.
YHC called this Hustle on Steroids because of the combo of hills, bleachers and the track. Hopefully, we gained a little speed and strength.
The little hill that could played games on your legs. Tough to describe but legs felt “heavy” everytime through.
YHC obviously had some water retention going on with his shoes. I believe it is a by-product of the sliced and diced shoes. That’s my story at least………
As always, It was an honor to be your Q out there today. Keep pushing…..Flossy
