14 pax got the led out and ran the #FountainHead OnB! This run has turned into anything but an OnB. As stated last week, pax go everywhere. Mill Village, 10K Course, OnB. Pax are everywhere! The main thing is the pax are out running. They are hitting some hills, going farther or faster on the OnB……getting work done on the streets of #TheWood. Mainly, meeting at #TheFountainHead and see where it takes you!

This is a great run for all! Run or walk, fast or slow, all abilities are welcome. The OnB lends itself to bench marks in going farther each time out or faster and it is very easy to track your progress. Great way to get in to running with F3.

Juggernaut had a personal emergency strike while out and thankfully the port-o-let was available after a couple of locked doors along the way.

Thankfully, no sprinklers when YHC said circle up around the shovel flag.
