Disclaimer given and 9 Pax started out their Monday morning on the right foot at the OnB run.  Some went early and made it 5 miles, most ran the usual 4.5 miles.  Special K experienced some hamstring difficulty  and was rescued by Piddler to join the COT.

YHC had some random thoughts and shared a Verse of the Day with the group.  It is Jeremiah 29:11 a popular verse that is often quoted for young adults but we should all remember….”For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

next thought, is YHC one year anniversary with F3.  It was this week a year ago that YHC could not complete a hills day or a OnB.  On Friday this week YHC will  have logged 670 miles of that which includes several 5K’s, 8K, 10K, and the Swamp Rabbit Half!  next thought was the memory of a handful of Pax several of whom I did not know reached out to me during a most difficult time of loss with my brother’s death.  The Pax of Greenwood live up to the mission of F3 and it has made all the difference in this year!
