F3 Greenwood

19 Pax made a return to the traditional hills on a warm Friday morning.  A few went out early to work on their distance.

The Thang

Disclaimer given and we headed out from the Fountain up Main St, left on W. Cambridge down the hill, up to the crest on the bridge, down the hill, left onto the spur hill, back down, up to the law firm and back down to Cambridge Park, repeating the bowl as many times as possible.  Return to the Fountain by 6.

Some Pax in the Zombie Run and NO F3 DADS (this is old news now, sorry)

Prayer Requests:  No new medical concerns but continue to lift up Blue Ball and MacnCheese families as they recover.  Rocky and family also.   Fabio on weekend retreat with church group.

DEVO thoughts:

YHC had experienced 2 good workouts this week that really stuck.  Peg-leg tells a good story of a mother and daughter conflict that resulted in forgiveness just as Jesus will “always take us back, if we ask” and Unplugged’s message to simply “wake up everyday and strive to make a difference”  To round out the week with something that may also stick with you YHC reviewed the 5 Love Languages and urged the Pax to do the same.  We all fail at most of these 5 simple steps.  Figure out which ones work at home and make this part of your daily life with your M.

As always YHC is grateful for becoming a part of F3 and it was a pleasure to lead this group.
