Hustle and the normally scheduled OnB converged at the fountain for a mix of distances, paces, and speed workouts.  Some ran, some rucked, some sprinted, some walked.  But all returned safely at 0600.  It was nice to see such a large turnout to start the week.

Announcements: Iron PAX Challenge continues with Week 2.  Workouts will be completed at Fury and Shipyard on Tuesday (8/14) and Epicenter on Thursday (8/16).  Saturday’s workout is at Terrapin.

Prayer Requests:  Help us to see those in our community who need assistance, and help us to have the strength, courage, compassion, and ability to interject ourselves into their lives with the intent to help and ease a burden.  Juggs has an MRI upcoming…prayers to him and those treating him.  Meatloaf’s M’s uncle is being released from the hospital following successful surgery….continued prayers for recovery and healing.
