5 minutes at slow pace. 10 minute mile or so.
The Main Thing…
5 x 7 minute intervals consisting of the following:
- 5 minutes at 10K to Half Marathon pace.
- 2 minutes of recovery.

- initially the conditions seemed pretty bad but after the first 5 minute round we both agreed the conditions were almost perfect
- this was a good bit harder than it looked like it would be on paper
- not much opportunity for conversation during this workout
- I am not real sure what my current 10k to Half Marathon pace is so I ran this at what I would like that pace to be
- next week is really going to suck
- I really need to get back to running. Once every other week just isn’t cutting the mustard
