Cool Down

During the WarmUp, YHC had the lingering pain from Achilles strain flare up and decided not to push the pace. Ended up walking a few miles while Duggar and CornCob completed the work and flew by on multiple occasions.

The plan for next week will be to WarmUp, the 6 rounds of 5 mins @ LT pace with 2 min recoveries, then CoolDown. Hope to see you at Hustle to work the plan.
