5 pax met at the Shipyard on a typically humid morning for some fun at #Hustle. YHC was looking forward to bringing back a favorite from a few months ago and this time the weather cooperated.  Gates were locked in the usual locations but a slight modification was all that was needed to hit the main points of the #beatdown. Disclaimer was given and it went a little something like this………

2 warm-up laps around the track. The main thang was 1 hard lap around the track, run up small and honestly brutal hill, past restrooms, through practice field, up the stairs, down and back up the concrete monster, down the stairs, through the field, then run the bleachers, back to the track for a recovery lap. Repeato……until time is called! A good time was had by all!
