18 pax got some work in on a 27° morning with a run from the fountain in Uptown Greenwood.  The disclaimer was given at 5:15.  A few went XL, most went for the usual 45 minutes, and a couple had a leave before the COT.  FNG Monica (a Lander student and Manley Garvin intern) posted for the first time and probably still doesn’t understand his nickname.  I’m sure the Manley Garvin staff will fill him in sometime today.

Prayer Requests: Eric Smith’s daughter who collapsed during a run and is currently in critical condition.
