Just put one foot in front of the other.
This morning’s “Coffee-Run” @ Starbucks featured 29 PAX determined to get better/faster/stronger and drink coffee. The weather was favorable with a temp in the low 50’s with a cool 8 mph breeze.
A few Pax arrived early for some XL action. Great job men!
5:15AM arrived, disclaimer was given, and the PAX departed in what must have looked like a jailbreak to on-lookers. It was great seeing some guys out there this morning who have endured the IR for too long. Keep up the good work and continue to post, even if you need to walk before you can run again.
By 6:00AM, all converged for COT and coffee.

Devotion: “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience” – Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (French Jesuit Philosopher). We are all looking for greater balance in our lives. We need to be more intentional about balancing our “doing” and our “being.” Christ invited the disciples in the Garden of Gethsemane to “remain here, watch and pray.” But they were distracted and tired. Their lives were out of balance. And they fell asleep. How can we be followers of Christ if our lives are out of balance?
