10 PAX showed up to run today. 5:15 rolled around.  YHC gave a disclaimer to be careful and to run cautiously.  Most PAX were talking, so they didn’t hear the disclaimer.  But, I did give a nice one this morning.

We all ran.  Some, father than others.  But, we all returned.  Which was good.

We counted off.  No announcements were made.  Polly did remind everyone that the Q sheet was thin and to step up.  YHC agreed and encouraged those in attendance to Q.

Prayers: We pray for our brothers Unplugged and Rocky.  Unplugged is having a heart cath tomorrow and Rocky is still at Self Regional, fighting with everything he’s got.

We prayed it up.
