When I pulled up this morning, there was some stretching going on, so I knew a few studs were ready to roll (I should stretch)
I have not been to F3 workout in over 2 weeks, so I knew I would struggle, but the struggle was worth it!
Bengay, Foley and Inspector crushed it! The rest of us never quit and pushed each other…we kept each other straight with the round count
When we started, Bengay said “UJ said we have to rest for 30 seconds in between rounds.” I said, “I don’t care what anybody says.” You have to realize I had my speaker to my ear blasting Motley Crew. The reality is I rested way longer than 30 seconds…UJ may know a thing or two!
