YHC searched for a leg friendly RED WOD for this morning which is very challenging to find. However, YHC ended up on Capoot. So, 7 PAX tackled Capoot while 7 PAX finished up the IPC.

Officer James Capoot, of the Vallejo Police Department, died November 17, 2011, in the line of duty while chasing after an armed man suspected of robbing a bank. NMS

-YHC has grown to kind of like Capoot. When MA first brought it to RF about 6 months ago, YHC was not a fan but for some reason, YHC enjoys the challenge it brings.

-Great effort was put in by all this morning. Tickle is definitely getting closer and closer to full recovery. Pothole is a beast for doing this the next day after completing Sugar’ Pick your Poison, Ponch and Gomer continue to impress and are consistently posting, MaryAnne gives it his all every time out and is no doubt getting stronger, and Pacer set the pace as usual.

Until next time,

BenGay
