Announcements- All Saturday bootcamps are now at Talon @0600. Q sheets are empty. Get off your 6 and start giving back to all those that have been giving it away. Start with a run Q or ask a fellow PAX to Co-Q one with you. You call the shots and everybody does what you tell them to do, along with some mumblechatter of course.

Prayer requests/praise reports- Alpo’s uncle with a successful heart surgery. Mildew co-worker with recovery from a surgery. Spinner meeting with various potential career opportunities. Juggernaut and his family dealing with the loss of their son, Gavin.

BOM- yes, you read it right… BOM

10 men gathered and locked shields around Juggernaut this morning. After what some people would consider hard work, we lifted up praise to our Creator for this #HIM. What he is enduring is hard. But Juggs is no stranger to endurance. He knows what it’s like to grind it out and keep going. I know he will use this same fortitude and mentality to grind it out for himself and his family. And just like this morning, he will be able to look to his left and to his right and see another #HIM grinding it out right beside him.

NMM- Man, what a morning! 11 PAX at RED Friday! We had new PAX, veteran PAX, young PAX, and some slightly not as young PAX. It really had me in my first bootcamp feels. Dixie Chick put it so well this morning when he said that he felt sorry for men that don’t have this in their lives. Guys, we’re doing something right. Foreclosure and Delusional showing up from a social media post. Mildew and Pangaea showing up after countless EH’s from several PAX. Men in our community desperately need this and they don’t even know it. Don’t give up guys! Keep EH’ing!

It was great to see Juggs drop an HC and show up. We needed him there as much as he needed to be there. Alpo was in the house for a bootcamp. Taking his time and watching that heart rate. Just. Getting. Better. Delusional was over there making burpees look fun. What a beast. Spinner didn’t merlot. #TCLAPS. Pangaea never broke pace. Just steady work. Crayola did what Crayola does. I had extra work planned for him just in case. Each man was pushing the next and cheering each other on. It was a thing of beauty. Just thankful for each of these men that showed up with me this morning. I couldn’t and wouldn’t do this without each and every one of them. You all know where you need to be tomorrow.

Southern Belle is hanging up…
