YHC did not pay attention to the weather forecast until around 6:00 pm last night.  I knew I wanted to include merkins and originally planned to do Maupin.  After realizing that the forecast was calling for a 90% chance of rain, I quickly designed an alternate in case we needed to hit ghe gazebo.  I turned to JT but didn’t stop there.  JT is a quick 21-15-9 workout.  YHC added some additional exercises to make it a dry but miserable RedFriday workout.

The workout went like this:

Warm Up: 25 SSH and 30 Merkins

Gomer and his wife will be moving to Columbia in the coming months.

It was another good day in the gloom.  I am very thankful to these guys for getting up and joining me on a wet and cold Friday morning.  The easy thing to do would have been to stay in bed.  Not these guys.  Everyone put in a 100% and got better.
