…Who is left? Repeat!! Well that’s exactly what we did. We repeated last Friday’s Mog Mile Workout. Admittedly, this was a selfish tactic as YHC missed last week and was dying to give this one a try. It was all it was made out to be and then some. YHC was struggling on that last mile and there was some mumblechatter about my reduced pace.
I’ve included a video of the Grateful Dead performing Quinn the Eskimo for fun. Is that relevant to Red Friday, not really, but it was playing as I laid down after the workout trying to recover. Bob Dylan wrote the song and it has been performed by many bands but obviously my favorite is when the Dead cover. Notice Bruce Hornsby on the keys? He actually toured with the Dead in the 90’s and still regularly covers them at his shows. The song does mention the line, “I like my Sugar sweet”, and we all know how sweet our Sugar is just by his oh so trendy attire.

- Do you guys know what happened to the old Spud? About 5 months ago he looked like a different person and he is obviously performing the workouts at a totally different level. Mucho respect.
- Sugar and wifey wife are expecting third child on Wednesday. Just keep in mind that my first three came all at the same time when you are feeling tired.
- Jugger still battling illness based on his post workout cough session.
- Meter Maid was missed and his coupon (that we carried in anticipation of his arrival) was lonely the entire workout.
- There was obviously a dead body in the woods over there near Field F as it smelled like Fromunda Cheese. (This was a nice segue into a politically charged discussion about Alpo’s Employer)
- Great work guys.
