In the infamous words of my high school principal, Drew Geoly (RIP), let this serve as a friendly reminder to “Park it, lock it, leave it”. Why? Our main man Sugar showed up a bit distraught this morning with the suspicion that his car had been hit by thieves in the night. That suspicion proved to be true once he got home and had time to more appropriately assess the situation. How he soldiered through the workout with that in the back of his head is astounding. Anyway, it sounds like the Hunter’s Creek bandits are back, so be safe out there.
As for today’s Red Friday workout, 5 posted to see what was going down. It just happened to be a personal favorite of mine…The Mogadishu Mile. Here is how it goes:

COT/BOM
- Great job by everyone today on a very tough WOD.
- My apologies for running long. In fairness to me, I was actually at the AO 20 mins early.
- See you tomorrow at Fury where Sugar and I will be dishing out some work.
