Red Friday has been assaulted by Pax thinking they need to run Hills every Friday for BRR training. I understand the logic but was going to make sure that everyone understood that Red Friday was not going to be outdone by any means. I spoke with the AOC and determined that we needed to honor our hero’s and increase the running intensity within the workout. Result: Mission Accomplished. Add in a little Meat Loaf stew and no Pax should have felt like they were short changed on their weekly running regimen. Let’s workout and run. Or run and workout. Pick your poison.
