YHC has a love/hate relationship with Capoot, but to be honest, it’s probably more love. And it had been awhile since it had been done so this morning was the perfect time to roll it back out and 9 other studs joined him.

Great work this morning by all of the men. Capoot is not an easy WOD to get done in 45 minutes. Everyone pushed to the end.
YHC came across this quote earlier in the week, “It doesn’t matter what happens around me, there is only one person who controls what happens within me, and that is me.” We control our actions, attitudes, and words. We have to chose to make sure these things honor Him at all times. At work, at home, while in the gloom. Everything we do should honor him.
Until next time,
BenGay
