YHC wanted to do something special for his birthday, 150% of the WOD that honors Chris Kyle proved to be a good selection. With one modification. Lunge walks with coupons in the place of box jumps.

60 lunge walks (each leg)
60 thrusters
60 decline merkins.
time was called nobody quite finished.
But it was a heck of a birthday workout.
