As YHC was looking through the Hero WODs I was trying to find a workout that would hit your full body.  I came across Angie and I thought it sounded like a good one so I scrolled over to check out the times people have completed her in and I noticed something weird.  Nobody has official times yet for Angie.  Without further hesitation I decided to hop on board this bench mark and gets some times in for the PAX

NakedMan Moleskin

  • Everyone was pleased that there were no Burpees today.  As a matter of fact, Duggar texted me the night before just to make sure.  Come on guys, Burpees aren’t that bad.
  • Nobody showed up expecting to run and YHC got some words for doing the warmup lap but I’m the Q and I make the rules.  Which is another reason why I encourage PAX to Q
  • Also Kudos to Duggar and Meter Maid for bringing some tunes.  MM brought the Rock and Duggar brought the Funeral March. Don’t worry what the guys say about your choice of music Duggar, I enjoyed it and it really did remind me of why I got into the funeral industry.
  • TClaps to Roach for being a beast and knocking this one outta the park.
  • YHC needs to mention the top 4 decided to go for another run while waiting for fellow PAX to finish and I think that deserves a TClap too.
  •  Lastly, It seems that Woodpecker will be holding a workshop on how to do a proper merkin.  Maybe he will Q one day and can incorporate that into it.

Its always great to be out in the gloom with brothers.  I appreciate the PAX coming out and I hope your arms aren’t as jello feeling as mine are.
