NMS

-All the PAX pushed themselves hard this morning but Inspector was cruising through the workout from the 1st set and we all tried hard to keep up.

-YHC had original intentions of doing Hidalgo this morning but called an audible when YHC got up and it was probably a good call because Blu said he might have went for an early coffee if YHC did.

-Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.” This is what F3Greenwood should strive to be everyday. A group of men who are there to pick each other up and work to be the best men, husbands, fathers, and friends we can be everyday. Doing our best to show His light to those we meet everyday.

Until next time,

BenGay
