YHC is sure that you all remember those iconic Gatorade commercials asking “Who Wants to Be Like Mike?” but YHC is not referring to that Mike here. YHC is referring to the one and only Baby Blu because we all want to be able to bounce our pecs like Mike. And if that is you, here is the plan for you. The Nips Out November Challenge.

It’s simple. One exercise. As many times as possible. The merkin. In any variation.
The Simplified Tweeter Rules
Each merkin = 1 point.
Each merkin done at an official F3 bootcamp or run = 2 points

The goal is 16,000 points for the month. Or 533.3 points per day.
