Partner up (I was odd man out so followed Duggar/Pacer team)
P1 works while P2 moseys up hill to first reflector and complete 5 air squats. Return to partner, flip flop. Work is cumulative.
100 Burpees
200 Jungle Boi Squats (Ouch)
300 Big Boi Sit Ups
200 Merkins
100 Burpees
Indian Run
Line up and backwards Indian Run all the way to entrance of dog park gazebo.
